Nelson Ink is currently seeking Outside Sales Reps for the State of Minnesota And Both Grand Forks, ND and Fargo, ND.

Skills/Responsibilites:

  • Computer/Internet Use
  • Keyboarding/Typing Skills
  • Data Entry/CRM Online Database System provided by Nelson Ink
    - Nelson Ink will provide Training
  • Compose Email/Letter
    - Nelson Ink will provide a template
  • Create Quotes and Presentations (Part of using the CRM Online System)
  • Telephone Calling (script usages and development)
  • Travel/Appt. Setting
  • Customer Meetings
  • Sales Order Information and Data Collection for Order Entry
    -Nelson Ink will enter and process all orders using our in house database and staff.
  • Art Requests/Proofing

Specialty Skills:

  • Use of Script/Calling prospects/customers
  • Updating CRM with new information
  • Follow up on alerts. (CRM)
  • Follow Ups of Information/Quotes/Orders/Payments/etc. (CRM)
  • Creation of product presentations (CRM)
  • Virtual Samples (CRM)
  • Setting up Appts. (phone and in person)
  • Personal Visits with Customers
  • Foot canvassing and business Drop bys
  • Using the Nelson Ink Catalog
  • Nelson Ink website and showing customers our resources.
  • Using Facebook/Twitter/Linked In and more to market and contact customers

Assignment of a Designated Sales Area

All contacts/customers/prospects from that area are the responsibility of the Outside Sales Rep and all sales from that area will be part of the reps commission. Although sales/commissions will go to the rep, it is very important the rep is in constant contact with the customers to make sure they are available for orders. All expenses incurred in the process of making sales will be the responsibility once the training portion of the process is completed. Reps are not so download/share any Nelson Ink files/customer information or Company information with any outside entity. All information contained in Nelson Ink Systems/Databases will remain the express property of Nelson Ink.

Training:

Nelson Ink will provide an hourly wage for time spent at the Nelson Ink Facility, not to exceed 28 hour per week (During Training Only). Nelson Ink will pay a portion of the commission on sales until training is complete. Expenses incurred in Travel and phone (cell/outside) outside of the Nelson Ink facility will be the responsibility of the rep unless otherwise specified. Nelson Ink will provide a Web-Based online CRM system for the rep to use and will be monitored by Nelson Ink.
